2. Data we process and purpose

This website processes the following personal data:

  • Contact form: name, email address and message, in order to handle and respond to your request. The IP address and the sending result are also recorded for security purposes (prevention of form abuse).
  • Support chat: the messages you type and your IP address, in order to answer you. The messages are sent to an artificial intelligence provider (DeepSeek) that generates the response. If you ask us to contact you, name, phone number and email are collected in order to send you a quote by email.
  • Browsing data (analytics): pages visited, referrer, user agent and IP, for our own statistical purposes.
  • Bot protection: technical signals (IP address, TLS fingerprint, user agent) processed by Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish humans from bots.

3. Legal basis for processing

  • Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) for submitting the contact form and using the chat.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) for site security (protection against bots and abuse) and usage statistics.

4. Data retention

Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and comply with applicable legal obligations. Security logs (IP addresses, access attempts) are kept for a maximum of 30 days; chat and contact form records are kept for as long as necessary to handle enquiries.

5. Recipients and international transfers

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): provides the Turnstile bot-protection service. It processes technical signals in accordance with its Turnstile Privacy Policy.
  • DeepSeek (China): provider of the chat artificial intelligence model. Messages sent to the chat are transmitted to its API to generate responses, which entails an international transfer of data outside the European Economic Area.
  • Email provider: contact form and chat data are sent by email through our SMTP server.

International transfers are carried out in accordance with the mechanisms provided for by the GDPR. You may request more information about the safeguards applied at info@takeonme.es.

6. Rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@takeonme.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
