Process automation

Every process that is held together with copy/paste is money and errors waiting to happen. Automating is not replacing people: it is giving them back their time for the tasks that do require judgement.

What I automate

  • OCR and data extraction — invoices, delivery notes, ID cards, forms: from paper or PDF into the system, with validation and traceability.
  • Document classification — email and files that label and route themselves based on their content.
  • Report generation — periodic documents drafted from your data, reviewable by your team.
  • AI workflows — pipelines that combine rules and models: transform, validate, decide and act without manual intervention.

How I do it

I audit the current process (with whoever suffers it daily), separate what is rule from what needs judgement, and automate in parts: first the obvious and profitable, then the complex. All with a log of every step, so an error does not become a black box.
